1. Agreement to Terms

("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our applications.

By using our applications, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside
• You will not access the applications through automated means
• You will not use the applications for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation

4. User Registration

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate or violates the rights of any third party.

6. User Generated Content

Our applications may allow you to create, submit, or share content. By providing any content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving our services.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you own or have the necessary rights to such content.

7. Third-Party Services

Our applications may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Blue Current Technologies Inc. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party services.

8. App Store Compliance

If you access our applications through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Blue Current Technologies Inc. only, and not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the applications. In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you. Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the applications.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUE CURRENT TECHNOLOGIES INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATIONS.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the applications following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
